Arcona is a Clan unlike most others when it comes to communication and socialising. While the membres of the Clan employ the same formats of communication as others, it has always been far more...interesting and risque within Clan Arcona.

When Mejas Doto wrested control of #arcona on the IRC Undernet server he was happy with how the Clan was functioning there. But without the "Iron Fist" of the Shadow Master, #arcona often became the centre of troubles and ruptures which eventually endangered stabilit and membership in the Clan.

It was during the tenure of his first Consular successor, JaM3z Lucius Entar, that Mejas Doto made his first intervention as the "Guardian of Arcona"; he drafted and imposed the Doto Doctrine on #arcona.

This Doctrine, when wielded by the "Lord High Justice of the Doctrine", became an instant hit with the Clansmen of Arcona and also solved all the problems that were originating within the Clan channel.

Partly a serious solution to the channel mayhem and partly for creating in-channel fun (the very name itself a spoof of the Tarkin Doctrine), Mejas Doto released the Doctrine on his "Children of Chaos" and every now and then has been known to arrive in full formal wear as the "Lord High Justice of the Doctrine" to slap some people down.
